This beautifully decorated Longboat Key home is the ideal vacation spot! Located just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy long morning walks or relax until sunset. Take a 10 minute car drive to St. Armand's circle and spend the day shopping, dining outdoors or enjoying a night of live music and dancing. Just 15 minutes further east you will be in the heart of downtown Sarasota where you can stroll through art galleries, outdoor markets and fine shops before dining at one of Sarasota's fine restaurants. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable deposit ( extra). Pool heating (extra) - on request, payable locally. Very cosy house. In a quiet position, 300 m from the beach, directly by the canal, on a side street. Private: swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Please note: car essential.
