Marco Island: Small, cosy, comfortable house. 700 m from the centre, directly by the canal. Plants, flowers and trees. Private: swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, individual garage. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach 650 m. Golf course 5 km, tennis 5 km. If pool heating is required (winter months), client must request pool heating at a charge of $ 30/week and make payment PRIOR to arrival. From November 27, 2010 - April 22, 2011 pool heating is included in rental price.
