La Fustera: Very nice, luxurious resort "Parques Casablanca", built in 2007. 5.8 km from the centre of Calpe, 7.5 km from the centre of Moraira, 900 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (199 m2, depth 120 - 190 cm, 01.05. and 30.09.). Paddling pool. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar. Burglar alarm. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly. Communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 500 m, sandy beach 900 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Loungers in the swimming pool area are for shared use.
