"Willa nad jeziorem" is a new comfortable house in the centre of Mikolajki, directly by the lake (10m). This residence with 4 apartments and a red tiled roof was built in the regional style with a decorative Prussian wall. The interior furnishings are modern and from ash wood. The kitchen was designed by the owner directly by the lake. For shared use: garden 650 m2, parking. Grocers 100 m, restaurant 200 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The villa has its own private jetty and each apartment has its own terrace. All apartments have a nice view of the yacht marina and to the centre of Mikolajki. Centre is 5 mins walk (promenade with restaurants, pubs and discos).
