For shared use: grounds 7 ha, garden 3'000 m2, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, 03.05.-18.10.) with built-in steps. Tennis (1 x clay court), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Shop 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Orvieto" 50 km, sandy beach 50 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, riding stables 10 km. Nearby attractions: Terme di Saturnia 30 km. Perched on a spur of volcanic rock, sheer on three sides, stands the ancient town of Pitigliano with its perfectly preserved mediaeval town-centre. That area is rich with Etruscan-Roman archeological remains,villages,medieval castle and sulphur hot springs (Sorano, Sovana and Saturnia). "Relais La Doganella" consists of 2 properties which distant 25m from the each other : Villa Rosa is an old watch tower and Antico Casale a building date 1800 with exposed beams. The 2 properties can be booked together for maximum 16 people IT5474.810.2, on request is possible to book Villa Rosa only IT5474.810.1. Mountain Amiata, called fire mountain, took its name from extinct volcano, is 40km away. Clients can use clay tennis court and during their stay they are responsible for its maintenance. Next to the Relais there is Azienda Agricola Biologica La Doganella an organic farm.
