This pleasant spacious apartment is situated in the centre of Florence, approx 50 m from the Piazza Santissimi Annuziata and about 300 m from the Piazza San Marco and enjoys a lovely view of Florence and the Cupola of the Duomo. Walking distance to the various monuments and to the Duomo which is about 550 m away. Good selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and bar closeby. PLEASE NOTE : the accomodation is situated in a pedestrian area (traffic under restriction). Small apartment house "Bellavista", built in 1800, renovated in 1991. Public car park at 400 m. Shop, grocers, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Firenze S. Maria Novella" 800 m.
