2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor, fully renovated, very comfortable, nice, antique, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Garden. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Access to the swimming pool directly from the garden.

House/Residence
The holiday farm dated back to the 1800, is set amidts olive groves, sun flowers and corn fields. It has been divided in 6 flats and recently renovated highlighting the original features. There is a fantastic panoramic view of the Valdichiana. At your arrival you will find a welcome pack with the farm produces such as olive oil, wine, jams and honey. The apartments have independent entrance and they are furnished with original furniture. There is a little path amomg the fields leading to a small lake where is possible to practise fishing. Bikes available for hire: half day 3 Euros, full day 5 Euros. Very nice resort "Agriturismo". 20 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Perugia, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position. For shared use: grounds 47 ha, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 23.04.-25.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Parking in the grounds. Restaurant 700 m, railway station "Monte San Savino" 5 km. Golf course 12 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: The photograph is a typical example.
