Breakfast is included in room price. This historical dwelling boasts a unique atmosphere. Situated in the Apulia region, in the centre of a small art town, the apartment (ca. 40 m) is located inside an ancient medieval courtyard (Hotel). The interior area is elegant, furnished in an old, romantic style. Guests are free to choose their days itinerary: be it active-on the trail of the regions beauty or relaxing-being taken care of by our qualified staff. Or perhaps a little of both? We recommend a visit to the medieval town of Conversano, la Valle d'Itria (15 km away) with its elegant white washed towns (Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello); Bari and its historic heritage - a mere 33 km away, the breathtaking Castellana caves (12 km away) and Polignano a Mare - 10 km away. The hotel offers guests a breakfast buffet and dinner for an added supplement. Other services can be organised for a further supplement, including day trips, bike hire, cookery lessons, etc. A place waiting to be discovered! The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described. Daily cleaning included.

Our restaurant offers a typical regional cuisine using fresh seasonal products and every day it proposes different menus which enclose the history and the culinary customs of our town. Our hotel also has a Thermarium Spa where you could have a spa programme like an ancient Roman bath. It starts at the “vestibolo”, the entranceway of the Thermarium spa, where you are welcome to discover an emotional journey. We will take you to the “apodyterium”, the dressing room, in order to prepare your body and soul to the Classic Age excursion. Wandering through the “tepidarium” the nice sensation of hot temperature will prepare you to the “calidarium” and “laconicum”. Here you will have a steam bath, a catarctic process followed by the “frigidarium”, cold showers with nourishing sensations of chromotherapy... Then at the “calidarium”, on the top of a marble block you will have a gently natural skin scrub. After another coloured cold shower you will be ready for the whirlpool bathtub of the “tepidarium”, amongst travertine walls, to experience the hot temperature and healthy effect of the water massage. From the bathtub you will see stairs to the stone ceiling.. yes.. you can go to the “ambulationes”, the relaxing place par excellence, among a book or a magazine and an infusion you wil enjoy the fruitful rest of the idleness. You could also have another relaxing moment at the “destrictorio” where experienced hands will massage your body and soul and where your trip will end. Price: € 35,00, included scrub glove Furthermore, it is possible to rent beautiful bikes with helmet in order to discover and taste our charming and almost unknown district. To rent a bike you have to request it two days earlier at the reception.
