Swimming pool and tennis courts from apartment are 200m away ( road to cross).

Large, nice residence "Residenza del Pascià". 200 m from the centre of Oggebbio, on a slope, 50 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: park, large, well-kept garden with lawn, flowers and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, 15.06.-15.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower. Tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 100 m, shingle beach 50 m. Please note: car essential. Main road 100 m from the property. A children's pool and 2 tennis courts are available to guests. Residence has different buildings located on the slope and degrading towards lake.
