This beautiful apartment is located in a villa and does also have a shared swimming pool. This holiday house is located in the Canavese district of the Piemonte region, in a small typical Italian village with a historical center and its castle on top of the hill surrounded by small lakes and green lands. The holiday house (ca. 100m2) is located at the first floor and the attic. Some rooms of the apartment have a declining roof. This holiday house is an ideal place for a relaxing stay in Piedmont with also a swimming pool. During winter there is also a real Finnish sauna with wood heated stove (shared). This holiday home is nevertheless close to Torino, only 40 Km away. As a matter of fact it is ideally located for touring in Piemonte, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardia and Liguria regions. And of course here you can explore the typical Piedmontese nature, culture, good wines and tasty slow food. Non smoking

The closest airport is Torino Caselle at about 40Km away. Milano Malpensa easy to reach too (ca.114km).Low cost airlines reach Malpensa/Linate/Bergamo/Torino airports. We are available for shuttle service from/to airports or Torino railway station at reasonable cost. Bring your MTB, a route for nature lovers in the high path of the Ivrea Moranic Amphitheatre (one of the most important complexes of glacial origin in Europe). You can take 3 to 5 days to complete roughly 140 Km.by MTB, on foot or on horseback. Other signed cycle tracks to discover magnificent nature settings, historical ruins and traditions. We invite you to follow the Royal itineraries to discover the rich Baroque Castello Ducale of Agliè or the elegant Masino manor and the caste of Foglizzo,Icrea, Mazzè. Visit the Gran Paradiso Natural Park. First Italian park set up in 1922 intended as a Savoy royal hunting reserve.The area crossed by royal hunting paths is home to ibex, chamois, marmots, ermines, squirrels and rare birds such as the golden eagle and ptarmigan. Make the acquaintance of Erbaluce, Carema, Caluso Pasito and Spumante Canavese wines along the itineraries of the Wine Trials: in Autumn for the harvest and its colors, in Winter for the working of dried grapes, in Spring and Summer in combination with walking, cycling and horseback riding. In September (ask for exact date) you can join us in grapes harvest and discover all the secret of making genuine red wine.A truly happy day spent with friends!
