Just outside the village centre of Arzfeld you will find this unique five stars accommodation. From your own entrance on the ground floor you will reach the modern apartment on the 1st floor. The floor underneath is not used as a living space and is therefore sensitive to noise. The whole is very spacious (140m2) and comfortably and tastefully decorated. You will have a luxury kitchen with all modern integrated devices and a pretty bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a guest toilet with basin. From the living room with parquet floor you step out directly on the balcony or roof terrace with garden furniture. A stairway leads from the balcony to the large garden, where children will have lots of fun (with trampoline, football goalposts, swings, sand box and climbing equipment). All use at your own responsibility. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The dryers can be used at the landlords if needed.
