4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, comfortable furnishings: living room with satellite-TV and stereo unit. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite-TV. Kitchenette in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and satellite-TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's highchair, hair dryer. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. The living room can be reached from the kitchenette via steps. Detached or terraced house, some with conservatory and/or open fireplace as well as views of the harbour or countryside. 10 % early bird discount (all year round) on bookings made more than 90 days before arrival, 5% on bookings made up to 60 days before arrival. SPECIAL OFFER (minimum stay 1 week): from November-March one free afternoon coffee and cake per stay for adults and non-alcoholic beverages for children. From April-October: one half-day licence-free motor cruise or one day canoeing or kayaking per stay included in the rent.

Kleinzerlang 9 km from Rheinsberg: Resort "Best Western Marina Wolfsbruch". Outside the resort, 900 m from the lake. For shared use: indoor pool (13 x 5 m). Paddling pool. Children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, fitness room, massage (extra). Solarium (extra). Shops, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Breakfast and half-board possible. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 9 km, bathing bay 900 m. The holiday complex is located directly by the yacht harbour. The hotel including all facilities as well as the apartments and houses are grouped around the harbour. The pool complex (1000 m2) comprises several outdoor pools, a whirlpool and a beauty parlour. The piazza, which is covered by glass, is the centre point of the "Hafendorf" ("harbour village"), the "Arche Noah" kids' club offers year round daily childcare. Car-free complex, central car parks available after loading/unloading. On request: bicycle and boat hire (no licence required) as well as boat licence courses (inland and sea). One midweek cleaning of the property is included in the price for stays of 8 nights or more.
