Indeed, Roussillon is a small village perched on a promontory and surrounded by splendid, ochre coloured cliffs. These richly coloured cliffs you see in the photos are hardly 100 metres from the house. You can visit the many other Most Beautiful Villages in France that abound in this region: Venasques, Gordes, Ménèrbes, Lourmarin, Ansouis, etc. Few houses in the surrounding area have such a pretty little terrace in the shade of a grape vine. The holiday house, which dates from the 18th century, has recently been renovated by the owner using original materials. The interior style remains local but well-kept. For all that, the house is very functional and has a well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the upper floors. There is another cottage on the same plot but due to the arrangement of the terraces, you can still enjoy your privacy. The holiday house is comfortable and well-equipped. It has also been decorated in the spirit of Provence style by the owners who live close by, behind the two cottages. This cottage differs from its neighbour in that it has an additional bedroom with a shower room, the entrance to which is separate from the rest of the building.
