Very light, with high ceilings, the vast kitchen is modern and well equipped with a granite work top, gas hob (5 rings), oven, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a large wooden dining table. Large utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer and a sideboard. The comfortable sitting room has sofas and armchairs around a stone fireplace, hi-Fi. Separate WC and basin. Upstairs is a further sitting room with television and DVD player and four large bedrooms - the master bedroom with queen-size bed has en suite shower room and wc, another double room with queen size bed, a bunk room with an extra sofa bed and a twin bedroom share a shower room with hairdryer and WC. Bed linen and towels included.

Authentic stone Provençal country house, peaceful surroundings. Position: The house is very well positioned, about three kilometres from Cavaillon with plenty of shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and a good local market on Mondays. The walled city of Avignon, the enchanting hill top villages of the Luberon and Isle sur la Sorgue, famous for its Sunday market and canal side restaurants are all under half an hours drive. Golf at Avignon and Isle sur la Sorgue. Plenty of vineyards to visit in the area. At the end of a small track serving three other properties the house is set in apple orchards and has a large courtyard shaded by one hundred year old plane trees where there is plenty of garden furniture. Sunny swimming pool (10 x 5m 1/05-30/09) and pool house with shower, basin and wc.
