The Atlantic coast with lovely spots such as Saint Georges de Didonne and Royan are only 30 minutes away. The outbuildings of the Manor house have tenants but are independent from the main house. Large, well-tended front garden and plenty of space for parking. Large, secluded enclosed back garden with swimming pool (10x5m 01/05-30/10, can be heated at extra cost), sun loungers, large south facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue with lovely views.
