The beamed garden house is prettily furnished and very comfortable. Charming living room with sofa and two armchairs, breakfast table and kitchen equipped with a fridge and a cooker. Upstairs is a pretty beamed twin bedroom with en suite shower room and separate wc. The smaller double bedroom in the barn has en suite shower room and wc. Utility room with washing machine. Totally enclosed in a peaceful location surrounded by vineyards, the accommodation comprises the main house, a garden house and a barn bedroom, all sharing the central well-tended gardens. The main house has a terrace outside the living room with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden house has a pretty courtyard with a covered terrace. The orchard provides an attractive setting for the swimming pool (11x5,5m 21/05-24/09).
