Private: grounds 1'500 m2, trees, swimming pool heated (60 m2, depth 140 cm, 27.05.-30.09.). Table tennis, barbecue. Parking by the house. Shop 5 km, grocers 5 km, restaurant 5 km. Golf course 30 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 12 km. Please note: car essential. The swimming pool is in an inner courtyard of 165 m2. Extra and on request: baby-sitting, cleaning-ironing, cooking, it is possible to have starters prepared according to a menu. Mountain bikes and bikes can be hired in Brantome at reduced rates and can be delivered to the house.
