Independent and enclosed garden with well kept lawn and patches of local Mediterranean vegetation. Ideal starting point for trips to the Istrian interesting and ancient towns. Nice, comfortable villa "Lathyrus", 2 storeys, built in 2006. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside.
