The villa is built in a traditional style using local materials from the region. One side of the house is surrounded by a covered loggia, ideal for dining outdoor and enjoying the view. Ideal for those who wish to relax but also go on cultural trips to the important towns in Istria, all easy to reach. Nice, comfortable villa "Mentha", 2 storeys, built in 2006. 1 km from the centre of Sv. Lovreč, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside.
