It is built in a traditional style using local materials from the region, with walls of white Istrian stone. One side of the house is surrounded by a covered loggia and pergola, ideal to eat outdoor. Lovely place for relaxing and sun bathing. Good starting point for excursions to the famous Istrian historical towns such as Porec, Rovinj, Pula. New, cosy, comfortable villa "Prunella", 2 storeys, built in 2006. 3 km from the centre of Sv. Lovreč, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 902 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 24.04.-02.10.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue.
