This is a stone house in need of renovation in the centre of the traditional village of Kritsa. The house is in a small street just off the village main road on the way to Agios Nikolaos. It is connected to water and electric and can very easily be connected to the village main sewage pipes. The house comprises three large rooms. Das Gebäude ist in sehr gutem Zustand, ebenso die Wände, Dach und Fußböden sind intakt. Die noch nochwendige Hauptarbeit waere, im Haus ein Badezimmer zu installieren. Empfohlen für jeden der nach einer etwas renovierungsbedürftigen Dorfhütte sucht. Kritsa ist eines der aeltesten, groessten und malerischten Doerfer Kretas. Es liegt auf einem Huegel, umgeben von Olivenhainen und einer wunderschoenen Landschaft.
